Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining office infrastructure, Vendor Coordination and supporting our branches

Ensure the office premises are clean, organized, and well-maintained, coordinating with housekeeping and vendors as needed

Purchase and manage daily office needs, such as meals/snacks, and serve them as required

Make necessary arrangements for leadership meetings, client visits, manage schedules, and assist in team activity coordination

Assist in misc marketing and HR activities, like printing of marketing collaterals, bulk HR collaterals like recognition certificates etc.

Qualification & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

Proficiency in MS Office

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Strong attention to detail, time management and ability to multitask effectively
