Royal Cargo LLC , one of the pioneering logistics service providers based in Dubai is looking for a detail-oriented Operation Executive – Air Freight  to join the team to supervise its daily functions in Logistics activities. This role will complement the Sales Team and Operations Team, right from customer enquiries to closing the job up to invoicing and costing. About the Role  A Operation Executive – Air Freight  is responsible for supporting logistics activities related to customs activities and handles recordkeeping requirements to support timely billing.

Should be ready to look after Dubai Trade and Dubai Customs system both air and sea (E-Mirsal and Calogi) Documentation & Submission on E-Mirsal I, II and E-Clearance Bill of Entry (Dubai Customs). Should be able in passing Bill of Entry and updating all customs documentation (export/import) like Delivery Advice, Invoice, Packing List and Certificate of Origin Maintaining E-clearance of E-Mirsal I and II (Import, Export, Import for Re-export and Transit in Free zone Company).

Roles and Responsibilities

:  Co-ordinate and maintain excellent relationships with customers. Verify documents received from customers. Work with customers in case of any query related to documents. Prepare job as per the documents in the ERP system. Verify the document checklist to ensure all documents are received. Maintaining job records Upload documents on E-Mirsal and Calogi.  Requirements  

Experience with

documentation knowledge with a logistics / Freight Forwarding entity. Strong

communication

and writing skills Working knowledge of Microsoft office tools like Word & Excel Self-starter with

problem-solving skills

and high

attention to detail

1 to 2 years of experience in documentation profile  We offer a
