Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Officer to oversee the day-to-day operations of Sallyan House. The ideal candidate will ensure the property operates smoothly by coordinating maintenance, managing administrative tasks, handling banking activities, supervising vendors and support staff, and resolving operational issues promptly. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the property to ensure everything functions smoothly.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the premises and identify any maintenance or operational issues.
  • Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with vendors and service providers.
  • Handle banking-related activities, including deposits, payments, and other official transactions.
  • Ensure all utility bills, service charges, and operational expenses are paid on time.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and external agencies for operational requirements.
  • Monitor housekeeping, security, and facility management to maintain high service standards.
  • Maintain inventory of operational supplies and arrange procurement when necessary.
  • Handle administrative documentation, records, invoices, and operational reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • Assist management in improving operational processes and implementing new procedures.
  • Perform any other operational or administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, administration, property management, or facility management.
  • Experience handling banking procedures and administrative documentation is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Two-wheeler and valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
