Job Overview

As an Operation Staff for the Banjarmasin Branch, you will be responsible for overseeing daily branch activities, ensuring operational fund availability, and managing expense verifications. In this role, you will act as a key connector between field operations, drivers, and the central finance department to maintain seamless and accurate operational workflows

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the availability and allocation of operational funds across all branch locations.
  • Verify operational expense calculations as a baseline for field teams to execute daily branch activities.
  • Monitor reimbursement processes and invoices for all branch operations.
  • Monitor and oversee all daily operational activities across branches.
  • Verify vendor Accounts Payable (AP) documents and submit them to the Finance Department for payment processing.
  • Execute and process operational fund transfers to all drivers.
  • Conduct operational audits and stock opname for all branch activities.
  • Verify operational expenses and input data to support field operations across all branches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any field, preferably in Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Finance.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, having internship experience in operations or administration is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel for tracking expenses and data input.
  • Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail for verifying financial documents and processing transfers.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with branch drivers, vendors, and the finance department.
  • Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin and handle operational audits or stock opname when required.
