Job Description:
- Prepare, review, and process export-import documentation to ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, terminals, government agencies, vendors, and customers regarding shipment activities.
- Monitor container handling activities, including stuffing, stripping, break bulk, and cargo inspections.
- Oversee transportation operations and coordinate with trucking vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle import documentation, including Delivery Order (DO) collection and cargo release processes.
- Prepare and submit export declarations (PEB) and other required operational documents.
- Handle customer invoicing and maintain accurate operational records and reports.
- Support daily logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient shipment processes.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or export-import operations.
- Honest, disciplined, and highly accountable
