Job Responsibilities
1. Charging Station Daily Operation
- Monitor daily operation status of EV charging stations, conduct regular site inspection, coordinate with maintenance teams to solve equipment and site issues, and ensure stable station operation
- Collect and analyze daily/weekly/monthly operation data (charging volume, revenue, station utilization rate), make regular reports and feedback on operational problems
2. Client Development & Relationship Management (Core Duty)
- Maintain and cooperate with local B2B clients, including Gojek, Grab, Bluebird and Bali tourist EV charter companies, follow up cooperation implementation, after-sales service and monthly billing reconciliation
- Develop individual clients including private EV owners and online-hailing drivers, increase station traffic and charging revenue
- Collect customer feedback, optimize service procedures, and improve customer retention and repurchase rate
3. Private Domain & Community Operation
- Build and manage WhatsApp communities for local EV drivers and private car owners
- Launch promotional activities, driver benefits and holiday marketing campaigns to boost station performance and maintain community activity
4. Business Support & Daily Administration
- Assist in following up cooperation with hotels, scenic spots and commercial properties
- Establish and sort out client files, operation data and project documents
- Support supervisors with local business implementation, data reporting and daily operational arrangements
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, all majors are welcome. Fresh graduates (2024-2026) are acceptable — no working experience required
- Fluent in Indonesian (spoken & written) for local business communication. Basic English or Chinese is a plus
- Good communication skills, customer service awareness and strong execution, proactive and responsible working attitude
- Proficient in Office software, able to complete data statistics and document sorting independently
- Able to work full-time in Bali, endure work pressure, and willing to develop long-term in local new energy market
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
- Familiar with Bali local market, with local merchant, driver or community resources
- Have internship or working experience in community operation, customer service or business development
- Passionate about new energy, EV charging and mobility industry
