Role Summary
The Operations & Accounts Assistant is responsible for supporting the company’s daily administrative, accounting, sales, and operational activities. The role ensures smooth internal operations by managing invoices, payment records, attendance tracking, sales updates, vendor and client payment documentation, and coordination of office and kitchen-related activities. The position plays a key role in maintaining organized records, improving workflow efficiency, and supporting overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices, quotations, payment receipts, and related financial documents.
- Maintain daily account records and update transaction details accurately.
- Record and track payments received from clients and payments made to vendors.
- Monitor employee attendance and maintain attendance reports.
- Update and track daily sales records and operational reports.
- Coordinate and maintain kitchen or pantry stock and operational tracking.
- Organize company files, documents, and operational records systematically.
- Assist management in daily office operations and coordination tasks.
- Support communication and follow-up with clients, vendors, and internal staff.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of operational activities.

To support efficient day-to-day business operations by maintaining accurate accounts, organized operational records, smooth administrative coordination, and timely tracking of company activities, contributing to the overall productivity and workflow of the organization.
