Job Description:
Redemption Recycling, LLC is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team in Cudahy, WI. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, drivers, operations, sales, and accounting to ensure service requests are processed accurately. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new service requests, recurring service orders, profile updates, and customer changes accurately and efficiently.
- Enter, update, and maintain customer and pricing data with a high degree of accuracy in company systems and records.
- Review data for completeness and accuracy, identify discrepancies, and take appropriate corrective action.
- Maintain organized documentation and adhere to established process for data integrity and record retention.
- Work closely with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, Compliance, and Transportation teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task and focus on details is critical.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or service management software.
- Ability to learn industry regulations, environmental terminology, and operational processes.
