What You’ll Be Doing
Arrange logistical plans for guests, such as transfers.
Weekly communication with ‘Airport Hosts’ in our key gateway cities.
Collaborate with suppliers and assist overseas sales offices with itinerary-related queries.
Prepare and dispatch Travel Director documentation.
Arrange single-room upgrades for guests.
Liaise with Travel Directors before, during, and after trips to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with stock inventory, stock replenishment, and daily action reports.
Provide guidance and support to new team members while assisting the existing team.
General admin duties (GDPR compliance, OneNote updates, TD Teams Posts, Trip Termination and checklist maintenance).
About You
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment. With a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, you excel at juggling multiple deadlines and staying organized. You have strong communication skills, are proficient in MS Office, and work well in a team. While this is an entry-level role, any experience in operations or the travel industry would be advantageous. You are fluent in English (spoken and written), have the right to work in the EU, and are comfortable with tasks that may require lifting objects weighing up to 12kg.
Other Details
Full-time position: 9am – 5:30pm (with some early mornings or evenings on rotation).
Emergency cover for Saturdays and Bank Holidays may be required.
Salary:£25,000 pro-rata with paid overtime during busy periods.
Hybrid Working:Flexible start date for the right candidate (approx. early March).
