Role Description The Operations Administrator is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting day-to-day operational and administrative activities. This role includes managing schedules, maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating routine communications with internal teams and external partners. The Operations Administrator will help optimize nonprofit processes, track key operational metrics, and assist with documentation and compliance-related tasks. The role also involves responding to inquiries, supporting customer and stakeholder service needs, and collaborating with leadership to ensure smooth organizational workflows. The successful candidate will use strong organizational, communication, and analytical abilities to keep remote operations efficient and consistent.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills to support process coordination, workflow optimization, and basic project tracking.
- Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and Organizational skills for scheduling, recordkeeping, documentation, and general office support.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with stakeholders, partners, and team members.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills for reviewing data, monitoring performance indicators, and identifying operational improvements.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and comfort working in remote, digital collaboration environments.
- Strong attention to detail, time management abilities, and capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in nonprofit operations or organizational management is preferred but not required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
