We’re looking for an Office Assistant to help support our team and manage deals.

Requirements: Administrative Experience, Proficiency in Google Applications, Photography skills, Social Media familiarity, Reliable Vehicle, and Eager to Learn.

Position requires the individual to be organized, approachable, have a positive attitude, great personality, and someone that is willing to go above and beyond to reach our team goals. You will have a desk in the office but you may sometimes be driving to and from places, meeting with folks and running errands. You’ll be communicating with clients, staying on top of and communicating deadlines, creating deadline sheets, going to homes occasionally, reviewing and typing contracts, pulling comps, managing social media sites, helping train and onboard new team members.

The person for this job loves challenges, can be taught new things, loves people and communicates well with others.

Hours will vary based on experience and role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
