Role Description
This is a hybrid role for an Operations Assistant located in Singapore, with some work from home acceptable. Your main job scope will include:
Oversee daily operations of the telemedicine platform and implement standard operating procedures.
Manage customer support officers team, addressing patient and doctor inquiries promptly.
Maintenance of company records and accounts.
Assisting Clinical Governance Officer with internal audits.
Execute and refine operational workflows to improve efficiency and patient experience.
Coordinate with medical professionals, support staff, and technology teams to maintain high service standards.
Coordinate with internal departments to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to company processes.
Working closely with the core team to implement key company initiatives and workflows.
Qualifications
Operations and Operations Management skills
Strong Analytical Skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proficiency in problem-solving and organizational tasks
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
Basic accounting skills
