As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day vehicle rental operations and customer experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work closely with management to support customers, maintain operational records, process bookings, and ensure the smooth delivery of rental services.
The successful candidate will play an important role in helping us deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining efficient business operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer enquiries through chat, email, and messaging platforms
- Assist customers through onboarding and booking processes
- Provide support throughout the customer rental journey
- Escalate issues when required and ensure timely resolution
- Manage booking requests and reservations
- Assist with customer onboarding documentation and verification
- Maintain booking records and operational logs
- Coordinate operational tasks to support daily rental activities
- Generate invoices and maintain payment records
- Update customer ledgers and account balances
- Perform accurate data entry across business systems
- Assist with emails, reporting, and general administration tasks
- Maintain vehicle tracking and operational records
- Update servicing, registration, and compliance information
- Assist in maintaining accurate fleet documentation
- Support internal processes to ensure operational accuracy
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong written English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Reliable computer and internet connection
- Personal phone for work-related communication
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities
PREFERRED
- Customer service or customer support experience
- Administrative or operations experience
- Experience in vehicle rental, rideshare, transport, logistics, or fleet-related industries
