How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

Ensure strict adherence to our terms & conditions, policies & procedures in relation to updating information in our system.

Ensures consistent quality of service for our customers/merchant and stakeholders through efficiency and quality standards while remaining compliant.

Capacity Managements for multiple processes which involve case & email distribution, manual or bulk case upload in system on daily basis.

Attend team meetings and updates as required, maintaining prepared business schedules, plans, and activities.

Developing and leveraging close relationships with business partners to enable successful delivery on operational goals.

Meet minimum requirement of KPIs assigned by the business.

Process requests in an accurate and timely manner, meeting agreed turn-around deadlines.

Identifies areas of enhancement/improvement with the operating procedures and workflow

Minimum Qualifications

A customer centric, can-do attitude and proactive to serve our customers and stakeholders.

Strong practical experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Good problem solving and organization skills.

Excellent technical, analytical, research skills and attention to details 

Good English verbal & written communication skills is required. 

Strong data entry skills, efficient in speed if entry with high accuracy

Ability to work under pressure and agile towards change.

Good experience in both administrative and operation discipline.
