We are looking for a dedicated and driven Operations Assistant to join our remote team full-time. If you are proactive, detail-oriented and ready to grow with a dynamic company, this opportunity is for you.
What you will be doing:
Reporting to Operations Manager daily
Assist with lead list building and other operational tasks
Support lead generation efforts
Perform administrative duties as neededWhat we are looking for:
Strong research and data-handling skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Technically proficient
Requirements:
Background in business administration (BA) or a tech-savvy mindset
Young, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Experience in an Operations Assistant or similar role
Experience in marketing or lead generation is a plus
BONUS (not required):
Experience or knowledge in performing operations specifically in the lead generation space (cold email, cold calling, cold dm)
Experience or an understanding in using tools such as Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, Ocean
Experience in scraping/building lead lists
