Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Darlington for an Operations Assistant. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations, managing logistics, assisting with operations management tasks, analyzing data, and providing customer service. The role involves direct communication with clients and team members to ensure seamless operational workflows.
Qualifications
Experience in Operations and Operations Management
Strong Analytical Skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Previous experience in the healthcare or air ambulance industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
