We’re partnering with a globally recognised high-end interior design studio in their search for an Operations Assistant to join their London team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become the face of a design-led, fast-paced studio delivering exceptional projects for ultra-high-net-worth clients and leading luxury brands worldwide.

The Opportunity

This is a varied and hands-on role at the heart of the studio, supporting both front of house and operational functions.

You will play a key role in ensuring the studio runs seamlessly — from managing client-facing interactions to supporting internal operations, logistics and senior stakeholders.

It’s an ideal position for someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment and enjoys balancing organisation, problem-solving and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a polished and professional front of house experience, welcoming clients and visitors
  • Manage meeting rooms, diaries, catering and hospitality
  • Coordinate incoming calls, post, couriers and deliveries
  • Support the Operations team with administrative tasks across HR, Health & Safety and general office management
  • Assist with global travel bookings and logistics
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory
  • Support senior stakeholders with diary coordination and administrative tasks
  • Liaise with internal teams, external suppliers and global offices
  • Assist with finance administration including invoice tracking and reconciliations
  • Organise internal events and contribute to employee engagement initiatives

About You

  • Previous experience in an operations, office support, front of house or administrative role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional and personable approach
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience coordinating meetings, travel and logistics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused
  • Discreet and comfortable handling confidential information

Key Information

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Office-based (5 days per week, Central London)
