JOB SUMMARY:
The Operations Assistant – Registration Pabahay supports the Registration Team Lead by performing; 1) accurate preparation of documentary requirements necessary to process the Certificate Authorizing Registration, Transfer Certificate of Title, and Tax Declaration; and 2) ensuring taxes are qualified and paid on time to avoid penalties and delinquencies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College graduate with a degree in Business Administration/Management or other related courses
With at least 1 year of related work experience
Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares documents/folders (based on the approved checklist of documentary requirements), ensures the accuracy of dockets, endorses dockets for filing at the Bureau of Internal Revenue/Registry of Deeds/Assessors Office, liaises with representatives of service providers, and monitors the release of the Certificate Authorizing Registration, Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT), and Tax Declaration.
Sends a daily productivity report to the team lead at the end of each day.
Works closely with the Registration Team Lead to ensure the departments targets are met, learns new processes/policies, and adapts to new technologies/systems.
Regularly provides feedback to the team lead regarding the process, issues, and concerns encountered.
Performs other administrative/clerical tasks as assigned by the Team Lead from time to time.
