Job Description
As our Operations Executive, you’ll be the bridge between customers and car brands on our platform. You’ll make sure customer leads are handled quickly, car information is always up to date, and our social media channels stay active and informative. This is a hands-on role where every day looks a little different.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Customer Management
- Monitor incoming customer leads and route them to the right brand or dealer
- Follow up with brands and partners when they haven’t responded to a customer
- Reply to customer questions via Telegram, Facebook, and phone calls
- Guide customers to the right brand team before handing off
Social Media & Content
- Monitor Facebook and online channels for the latest brand news and promotions
- Coordinate with official brands to share their latest updates on the platform
- Upload brand promotions, car news, and events when not yet on our platform
- Prepare simple visual posts (basic Photoshop / Canva skills needed)
Data & Platform Administration
- Upload and update car models, specifications, prices, and promotions in our admin system
- Keep car information accurate, complete, and properly categorized
- Upload the latest automotive news and brand updates to the platform
Market Tracking
- Keep track of new vehicle launches, pricing changes, and brand promotions in Cambodia
- Identify useful content that helps customers make better car-buying decisions.
Job Requirements
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken Khmer and English
- Comfortable using Facebook, Telegram, and handling phone calls professionally
- Basic computer skills — able to work with an admin/data management system
- Detail-oriented: you notice errors and care about accuracy
- Interest in cars and the Cambodian automotive market
- Responsible, responsive, and good at following up — you don’t let things fall through the cracks
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — we will train the right person
- BONUS (NICE TO HAVE, NOT REQUIRED)
- Previous experience in customer service, admin, or social media roles
- Familiarity with car brands sold in Cambodia (Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, BYD, etc.)
- Experience working in an automotive dealership or media company
- Photoshop or Canva skills for creating visual posts
