Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing and dispatching cargo, so we can buildflexibilityandresilienceinto the supply chain process. The Operations Support – Domestic role is responsible for assisting the manager with daily planning and monitoring of the overall finance operations of paid transportation. Work closely with warehouse staff and provide support for hauler settlements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Review, audit billing.
Resolve billing issues with Operations.
Receive, research, process, track hauler ATD’s.
Receive, review, process, track store claims.
Process hauler settlements as assigned.
Research, resolve hauler settlement discrepancies.
Receive, review, process, track hauler advance requests.
Track hauler bad debt.
Organize and maintain supporting documents related to hauler settlements.
Monitor and maintain each assigned hauler.
Maintain hauler files and trackers.
Communicate with relevant corporate personnel at all levels.
Other duties and tasks assigned as requested.
High Volume Data Entry
Assist with customer service issues as they arise.
Follow-up with Operations with billing related issues.
SKILLS/
COMPETENCIES:
Experience with freight forwarding or dispatch
Excellent computer andcommunication skills
Detail Oriented
Able to multitask in a high-paced environment
Strong verbal and technical writtencommunication
Highlyorganized and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to type 35+ wpm minimum
Comfortablemulti-taskingand prioritizing tasks without guidance
Excellent time management
Ability to work under pressure
EDUCATION:
High School or equivalent required
EXPERIENCE:
Previous warehouse experience preferred – 1 years’ experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires standing and walking for extended periods of time. Position requires employees to frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, reach, bend and lift objects above their head. Employees must be able to regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds unassisted and use pallet jacks and forklifts.

$21-$25/hr
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
