This position will work closely with other office personnel and executive staff, and fire department staffing across the US.
We service fire hose and ground ladders for area fire departments to satisfy a requirement of annual testing. This candidate will be very detail oriented and share the value of pride we share knowing we are keeping front line personnel safe.
Great communication skills will be vital to success as professional services require professional people. We understand that what sets our business apart is clear communication, on time, every time.

Position Requirements
-Proficiency in bookkeeping software and tools.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle HR-related tasks.
-Previous experience in office administration is preferred.
-Experience of office duties, or customer service
-Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
-Verbal communication skills, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
-Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
-Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
-Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
-Experience in fire department operations a plus!
Primary Responsibilities
-Perform bookkeeping tasks, including managing accounts, invoices, and financial records.
-Assist with human relations duties, such as employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records.
-Provide general office support, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining a professional work environment.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
