Role Description:
- This is an on-site role for an Oracle Database Administrator.
- The Oracle Database Administrator will manage, configure, and maintain Oracle database environments to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting database issues, implementing replication strategies, and maintaining database security.
- The role also involves performance tuning and supporting mission-critical systems to meet organizational and client-specific requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration and general Database Administration
- Experience with Replication and Troubleshooting of database environments
- Strong knowledge of implementing and maintaining Database Security
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to optimize database performance
- Strong understanding of database management best practices and disaster recovery planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Relevant Oracle or database administration certifications are huge advantage
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented professional environment
