We are looking for an Organic Content Strategist to help us make that happen.
The Role
Your job is to turn our ideas, founder POV, student stories, career insights, and market observations into organic content that people actually want to watch, read, share, and talk about. This is not a role for someone who only wants to schedule posts or make pretty graphics. We need someone who understands content, hooks, internet culture, short-form video, storytelling, and distribution. You will help us build an organic content engine across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and possibly X.
What You’ll Do
* Develop content angles around education, careers, AI, coding, and the job market
* Turn founder ideas into short-form scripts, LinkedIn posts, captions, and content outlines
* Write strong hooks that stop people from scrolling
* Study trends, viral formats, and competitor content
* Create a weekly content plan based on what is working
* Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips and posts
* Work with video editors, designers, and internal team members
* Interview the founder, team, students, and alumni to extract stories and insights
* Track content performance and recommend what to double down on
* Build repeatable content formats that can scale
* Help Sigmaschool become known in the education, careers, and AI space

You will work on topics like:
* AI and the future of jobs
* Why traditional education is falling behind
* How fresh grads can become more employable
* Why coding is changing, not dying
* What companies actually look for in junior talent
* How career switchers can break into tech
* The gap between university and real-world work
* Why certificates alone are not enough
* How Malaysians can compete in the global tech economy
Requirements
You should have:
* Strong writing ability
* Good taste in content
* Understanding of short-form video platforms
* Ability to write hooks, scripts, captions, and post ideas
* Interest in education, careers, AI, coding, or startups
* Ability to study what is working and turn it into experiments
* Comfort with fast feedback and high output
You do not need a traditional marketing degree. We care more about your portfolio, taste, and ability to create content that earns attention.

* You have grown a personal brand, company page, or creator account before
* You have worked on content that performed well organically
* You can do basic video editing
* You are comfortable appearing on camera

Compensation
Compensation depends on experience, portfolio, and scope. We are open to full-time, contractor, or hybrid arrangements. Performance bonuses may be available based on content output, organic reach, qualified inbound leads, and brand growth.
