Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nilai for a Personal Assistant (PA) to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The PA will support the CHRO in managing daily schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel and logistics. Responsibilities include handling correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, maintaining records and filing systems, and assisting with HR-related administrative tasks. The role involves managing diaries and appointments, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring timely communication between the CHRO and internal and external stakeholders. The PA will also support the planning of HR initiatives, events, and meetings, while maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support senior leadership effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Candidates should possess solid Diary Management and scheduling skills to coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel efficiently.
- Candidates should possess reliable Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and record management.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools); familiarity with digital collaboration tools is an advantage.
- Previous experience supporting HR or C-level executives is preferred; relevant diploma or degree in Business, Administration, or related field is an advantage.
