Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a confident and capable Conveyancing Paralegal to join there busy property team.
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised paralegal with at least 1 year of solid experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling transactions from instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a full caseload of residential property files
Deal with freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfer of equity matters
Draft and prepare legal documentation, including contracts and completion statements
Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
Carry out searches, submit SDLT returns, and register transactions with the Land Registry
Ensure all files are maintained in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
Candidate Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year’s experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
Excellent communication and client care skills
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Proficiency in using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office
