Salary: £25,000 – £30,000
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

About the Role
Our client, a respected legal firm in Abingdon, is looking for a skilled and committed Paralegal to provide vital support to their Litigation team. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering a professional and efficient legal service, working closely with fee earners and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive support to Litigation fee earners
* Assist with court hearings, mediations, and client meetings
* Draft legal documents, pleadings, and court bundles
* Handle client
communication
via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
* Organise and manage video conferencing (Teams, Zoom, Skype)
* Diary & case management – ensuring deadlines are met efficiently
* Assist with compliance, billing, and administrative duties
Who We’re Looking For

Experience:
Previous paralegal experience, particularly in Litigation
* Technical
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Case Management Systems, Microsoft Office, and digital dictation
*
Communication
: A confident communicator who enjoys regular
client interaction
*
Attention to Detail
:
High standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and presentation
* Proactive Attitude:
Organised, motivated, and able to handle competing priorities
