Location: Concord
Growing and busy plaintiff’s personal injury office located in Brooklyn, NY is looking to hire an experienced paralegal. This is a growth position for the right person. The right candidate will be a team player who is extremely organized, reliable, punctual, detail oriented, can multitask and someone who thrives in afast-paced environment. The right candidate will be comfortable with the following:
– Intakes of new clients
– Setting up claims
– Filing no fault applications
– Assisting clients with lost wages, property damage and provider bills
– IME’s and EUO’s
– Direct contact with client’s, insurance carriers and their representatives
– Obtaining medical records
– Preparing demand packages
– Preparing pleadings, arbitration demands and responding to discovery demands
Although not required, it is a plus if you have experience reviewing medical records and have litigation experience in MVA cases. Please respond with your resume.

Pay: $37,664.62 – $84,654.70 per year
