Position: Paralegal Coordinator (ITC)
A leading law firm is seeking an International Trade Paralegal Coordinator for their DC office in a hybrid 3/2 schedule. This candidate should have at least 6 years of paralegal experience, paralegal training experience, and knowledge of International Trade law.

Mentor and oversee a team of International Trade paralegals, providing guidance, objectives, and professional development plans
Review and offer feedback on routine paralegal work, ensuring compliance, formatting standards, and all other needs
Develop, implement, and exemplify best practices and standards, providing training and support as needed
Maintain a strong knowledge of court (CIT & CAFC) and agency (DOC/ITA, ITC, CBP/EAPA) rules
**
6+ years of paralegal experience within a law firm
Multiple years of paralegal training or supervisory experience within a law firm
Leadership/supervisory experience with paralegal staff
