opportunity to join an award-winning firm. Our client is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and driven Administrator with ideally a Legal background, to perform a key role with

and organisation of the office.

Key Responsibilities

as Administrative Assistant:

Main

Duties

and Responsibilities

• Ensuring good

communication

in the department by producing a regular departmental newsletter;

• Arranging departmental meetings and actioning the administration of department projects arising;

• Organising the team’s administration for risk and compliance

• Booking courses and seminars for the team and subscriptions for our accreditations;

• Actioning the administration required for our legal directories submissions, legal training sessions and networking events;

• To assist with the administration for the induction of new joiners to the team;

• Assisting with new enquiries from time to time when our Client Service Manager is on leave;

• Retrieving and compiling data and reports from the firm’s case management system;

• Planning for the regular rotation of Trainee Solicitors
