Duties
Provide administrative support including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining the Outlook Calendar.
Handle phone systems effectively, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records to ensure easy retrieval.
Assist with office management tasks, ensuring that supplies are stocked and the workspace is well-maintained.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing assistance to clients and visitors.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with phone systems and office management practices.
Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
