We are currently assisting a client in Redhill who is seeking a Part-Time Customer Services Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, excellent

communication skills

, and a keen

attention to detail

.

Key Responsibilities:

Order management, packing, and invoicing

Managing product returns, fulfilment, and warranties

Shipping and handling bookings, including international couriers

Supporting warehouse stock movement, deliveries, and dispatch

Answering technical queries and assisting customers

Updating systems and writing procedures

Skills Required:

Experience with

CRM systems and Zoho Books (preferred)

Proficient in MS Office and basic Excel

Excellent telephone manner and

attention to detail

Ability to multitask
