Our client is a single-family office based in Tampa, Florida. The firm focuses on managing private investments and is led by an experienced executive management team. The company is actively involved in various investment mandates, including buyouts and other private equity investments. They are looking for a Part-Time an Executive Assistant/ Office Manager to join their team!
Your new role
Reporting to the CFO, you’ll maintain the office and support the finance and investment teams with daily administrative tasks. Responsibilities include greeting guests, validating parking, preparing conference rooms, and coordinating events like monthly birthday celebrations. You’ll also provide backup support to other assistants and coordinators as needed. This position is a part-time role, and requires this person to be onsite in their Tampa office.
What you will need to succeed
· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
· 2+ years of office management or admin support experience.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Detail-oriented and proactive.
