DEAN MED-ADMISSION (IN-DMAS-IUINA)

Enters stipends into the Student Information System (SIS) for university review (travel grants, fellowship awards, and department stipend payments).

Collects and scans student documents into Onbase for review (professional judgement, citizenship, and verification documents).

Updates spreadsheets and the Medical Student Administration System (MSAS) with student identifying information as students are accepted/withdraw.

Enters outside scholarship info into MSAS when received.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.

This is an in-person position.

20 – 24 hours per week

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
