Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting the overall human capital management strategy of the organization. This position requires strong communication skills and proficiency in HR software systems.

Responsibilities
Administer compensation and benefit plans.
Work with IT recruitment team to deliver the right candidates to client needs.
Work with an Immigration attorney to assist with necessary documents.
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
Undertake tasks around performance management.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Deal with Auditors & Legal attorneys
Accounting & Finance
Payroll maintenance
Tax filings & Audits
Implement Company policies
Maintenance of Records
Comply with both Federal & State laws
Sign Checks & Contracts
Handle legal contracts like NDA/SOW/PO/MSA etc
Skills
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; any HR systems knowledge will be a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.’
