Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced Human Resources professionals to join MentorX as part-time, paid mentors. This role is ideal for HR practitioners who are passionate about supporting the next generation of HR professionals and are currently working or recently active in the field.
As a MentorX HR Mentor, you will:
Provide one-on-one mentorship to students interested in pursuing careers in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Organizational Development, Total Rewards, and other HR functions.
Guide students through resume building, interview preparation, job search strategies, and real-world HR project support.
Share industry trends and insights, such as HR digital transformation, DEI practices, compliance updates, and global HR challenges.
Support bilingual communication (English and Chinese) to help students from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
Serve as a career role model, providing motivation and strategic advice to help students achieve their goals.
Qualifications:
Current or recent professional experience in Human Resources, ideally in roles such as HRBP, HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Compensation & Benefits Analyst, L&D Specialist, or related fields.
Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Previous mentorship, coaching, or team leadership experience is a plus.
Passion for talent development and a desire to give back to the next generation of professionals.
Availability to commit to remote, part-time hours on a flexible schedule.

Pay: $80.00 – $100.00 per hour
