Job Description
Alta Vista Integrated Life is seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth, with the potential to transition into a full-time role within six months. As an integral part of our organization, you will manage and oversee HR functions, ensuring compliance, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the company’s mission to empower individuals to thrive.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee talent acquisition, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and facilitating onboarding processes.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace environment, resolve employee concerns, and provide support for performance management and conflict resolution.
Policy Development: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to align with legal standards and company values.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
HR Operations: Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to support organizational growth and workforce planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Preferred Skills
Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Experience in a growing organization or start-up environment is beneficial.
Compensation
Hourly Wage Range: $25–$35/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
