3D scanning company in their search for a Receptionist to join the team working on the Sapiens Project, an
exciting
initiative capturing
diverse
facial data to improve AI and digital media.
Based in a busy, public-facing retail venue in the heart of Sheffield city centre, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes visitors to this
exciting
, tech-driven project.
This is a
hands-on

customer-focused
role with part-time hours across two full days each week, which is ideal if you’re looking for something

What you’ll do:
Welcome visitors warmly and explain the Sapiens Project in a clear and engaging way
Assist with both walk-ins and pre-booked appointments
Manage check-ins and appointment schedules
Verify IDs and ensure participants meet the 18+ requirement
Keep the reception area tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked with project materials What you’ll bring:
Experience in a public-facing role (reception, retail, hospitality or similar).
Excellent
communication
and customer service skills.
A proactive and professional attitude.
Willingness to
learn and explain basic information about 3D scanning and technology.
