Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Advisors. This role is similar to retail — welcoming customers into our showroom, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car buying process. Training will be provided, so no prior automotive experience is required.
You’ll be part of a dynamic environment, selling imported used cars (Honda N-Box, Toyota GR Range, Harrier, Alphard, Vellfire) and new Kia models (Sportage, Carnival, and more). You’ll also participate in showroom events, roadshows, and expos at major malls.
Key Responsibilities:-
Customer Engagement
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
- Provide product knowledge and recommend cars based on customer needs.
- Explain buying processes (cash or loan, company or private purchase).
Sales Support
- Document and follow up on customer bookings and prospects.
- Coordinate with sales admin and logistics teams to ensure smooth handover.
- Support showroom events, roadshows, and expos.
Marketing & Promotion
- Assist in promoting cars on social media platforms.
- Participate in showroom activities to attract customers.
Process & Compliance
- Guide customers through registration and financing steps.
- Ensure all required documents are prepared and verified.
Requirements
- Passion for customer service and retail sales.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willingness to learn — training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a team and engage with customers confidently.
- Open to part-time
Compensation
- Part-time: Hourly rate
- Additional: Attractive commissions and incentives based on sales performance
