Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to grow and nurture the ZÉRA Mom community. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing content calendars, drafting posts, coordinating with internal teams for campaigns, monitoring social media channels, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, supportive manner. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, optimizing content based on insights, and staying current with trends in parenting, lifestyle, and social media. The Social Media Manager will help ensure consistent brand voice and alignment with the needs of mothers in the community.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Ability to develop and execute a clear Content Strategy aligned with community and business goals.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills for creating compelling, accurate, and empathetic content.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or community-focused organization is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting on key performance indicators.
- Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities.
- Interest in or experience with parenting, lifestyle, or community-based brands is an advantage.
