This temporary, part-time position will not exceed 960 hours in a year; this position is in the Finance Department at City Hall, supporting full-time staff as needed.
Primary Duties:
Providing customer service over the phone and at the front counter.
Receiving payments.
Assisting utility customers to understand their bills.
Scheduling payment plans.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Thursday
8 am to 5 pm
