Responsibilities
Manage and schedule patient appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources and time.
Develop and maintain comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Provide clerical support by filing and organizing patient records and health information.
Assist patients with Medicare processes and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding services.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication and coordination of care.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with privacy regulations.
Support office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations within the healthcare facility.
Requirements
Proven experience in clerical roles within a healthcare setting is preferred.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in medical scheduling software and health information management systems.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Knowledge of Medicare processes and regulations is advantageous.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills to manage patient files, care plans, and administrative duties effectively.

Pay: $18.00 – $21.90 per hour
