PURPOSE:
The Patient Coordinator is responsible for providing the highest level ofcustomer service and support to the day-to-day clinic operation toensure a seamless clientexperience.
KEYACCOUNTABILITIES:
Customer Service Greet  clients and create a warm andwelcoming environment
Provide information onservices and schedule meetings where necessary with the Client Relations Consultants for further information on treatmentsoffered, i.e. hair transplant and aestheticprocedures
Manage all incoming clients andphone calls in a professional manner
Ensure thehighest level of customer service is provided at alltimes
Introduce clients to the treatingspecialist at the time of theirappointment
Ensure the clinic is neat and tidyat all times
Manage the clients and waitingarea in an effective and professional manner
Reception/General Administration
Duties
Manage all incoming phone calls in aprofessional manner
Schedule all clientconsultations and appointments
Manage the dailyschedule of the clinic and all bookings
Ensureall Clinic Staff are continuously advised and updated onappointments, cancellations and any rescheduledappointments
Ensure all paperwork is prepared,recorded and filled accordingly
Perform anyadhoc duties as required to assist in the daily clinicoperation
Ensure all client information is keptconfidential and any sensitive information is protected at alltimes
QUALIFICATIONS,EXPERIENCE, &SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications
and Knowledge:
No formalqualification required, although a Diploma or Bachelor Degree isdesirable.
Minimum Experience:
5+ years working in a role with ahigh level of customer service experienceessential
Experience working in a fast pacedenvironment
Previous administration experiencedesirable
