We are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our well-established Manufacturing client based in Minworth. This is an

exciting

opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in supporting the accurate and timely processing of payroll across the company.

Salary dependent on experience

Monday – Thursday 08:00- 17:00. Friday’s 08:00- 14:00 (Flex Pattern)

Job Description

Maintain and update the company’s Time and Attendance system to ensure

accurate tracking

of employee hours

Process and manage all payroll data, ensuring timely and accurate updates

Communicate effectively across all levels of the business to resolve payroll-related queries

Generate payroll reports

Payroll Administrator

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Have previously worked in a high-volume payroll environment

Able to work to deadlines whilst remaining accurate

Experience dealing with senior level stakeholders

Experience using payroll management software, ideally Cascade software

Full UK driving license with a flexible approach to travel
