Payroll Administrator – Temp Jobs in Johannesburg, South Africa at Red Ember Recruitment (PTY) Ltd

Our client based in Kempton Park is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a fixed term basis for 6 months.

Responsibilities

Assist with Payroll documentation preparations & submission to the 3rd parties (Liberty Life, MIBFA, Discovery Gap cover).

Work very closely with the Senior Payroll Administrator.

Correlate schedules & submit on a monthly basis.

Assist with collection of Weekly & Monthly time sheets (Manufacturing).

Support the Payroll team with daily, weekly & monthly activities.

Obtain relevant information (Input & Update) from the stakeholders for Payroll processing.

Requirements

Qualification & Experience

Matric

Minimum 1 year work experience on Sage 300.

Computer Literacy: MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Sense of urgency & willingness to learn.

Must have patience, enthusiasm & the willingness to handle difficult situations.

Deadline driven.

Ability to work well in a team & independently.

Diploma
