Job Summary

The Lodge is looking for an experienced and professional in Human Resources and Payroll/Benefits Coordinator with proven success in the Skilled Nursing Facility community.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Payroll/Benefits Coordinator will administer payroll, new hire orientation, and accounts payable functions to the facility in accordance with current acceptable accounting and cost reimbursement principles.

Qualifications and Skills

Must possess, as a minimum a high school diploma.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Must have strong time management skills.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
Motivated with a can-do attitude: create and fosters a positive work experience for self and others.

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
