We’re Hiring: Payroll & Billing Executive!
As a Payroll Analyst at PERSOL you will support the end-to-end payroll activities, billing administration and management of contracts for clients based in Singapore.
Location: Menara AIA Sentral, KL (Accessible by MRT and Monorail)

Key Responsibilities:
Job Description:
- Responsible in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing
- Accurate and timely statutory submission to CPF, IRAS and relevant authorities
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and other ad-hoc reports when necessary
- Prepare billing to clients
- Maintain payroll documentations for audit purposes
- Prepare pay and bill hours reconciliation
- Filing of form IR21 tax clearance
- Generate yearly IR8A
- Submit NS claims
- Submit insurance claim
Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor Degree preferably in Accounting/Finance/Mathematics/Business/CAT or LCCI
- Have prior experience in processing HR transactional tasks primarily in payroll processing and benefits administration and/or other HR general operations would be value added.
- Fresh graduates welcomed, training will be provided
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and time management skills
- Ability to handle high volume of requirements and tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS office
