Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detailed oriented, and responsible individual to fill our payroll and administrative assistant role. We are looking for a skilled payroll clerk to perform a variety of payroll-related bookkeeping and other accounting-related tasks. Other duties will include assisting with cost accounting functions as well as assisting Human Resources with organizing files and managing existing documents.
Duties may include but are not limited to the following:
· Gathering and entering payroll data
· Processing payroll
· Submitting payroll withholdings
· Data entry
· Create and maintain cost analysis spreadsheets for review
· Providing administrative support to the organization’s accounting and HR department
Qualifications:
· Must be driven, committed, trustworthy, and a team player
· Prior experience is a must
· Familiar with cost accounting
· Proficient computer skills, such as Excel, are a must. Should also be quick to learn new systems.
· Experience with Foundation is a plus
