About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Executive to support our clients’ payroll operations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and databases.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other relevant regulations.
- Verify attendance records, overtime claims, allowances, deductions, and leave information.
- Handle payroll-related enquiries from employees.
- Prepare payroll reports and supporting documentation.
- Assist with annual tax submissions, audits, and other payroll-related activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of working experience are encouraged to apply.

Training will be provided.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience using payroll systems will be an added advantage.
Remuneration
MYR 3,000 – MYR 3,500
