Regular tasks involve generating payroll reports, supporting audits, and recommending process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Services to manage end-to-end payroll processes accurately.
- Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and related regulations to ensure compliant tax calculations and reporting.
- Foundational understanding of Finance to reconcile payroll data with financial records and budgets.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and address employee payroll inquiries clearly.
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency with payroll and spreadsheet software.
- Experience in a payroll or finance role, preferably within a corporate or multi-site environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data responsibly.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
