A Day in the Life
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be a key expert within our HR team, ensuring our employees are compensated accurately and on time. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our payroll operations and driving process improvements. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly impact on the employee’s experience and support our business.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Ensuring Payroll Excellence: Managing end-to-end payroll processing, from data collection and validation to final payment and reporting, ensuring precision and compliance with group and local regulations.
- Driving Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to enhance payroll processed and workflows, implementing best practices to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Being a Strategic Partner: Acting as the main point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, providing expert guidance to employees, team and collaborating closely with stakeholders, i.e., HR Business Partners, Finance team, payroll provider.
- Maintaining Compliance & Reporting: Staying current with employment law and tax regulations, managing monthly/yearly mandatory statutory reporting as well as assisting with internal and external audits.

- Proven experience in managing comprehensive payroll cycles in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations, tax laws, and social security requirements
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Great communication skills, capable of explaining complex information clearly to stakeholders.
